2nd residential tower above De Hoven to be built

Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep and Heembouw will construct 2nd residential tower in Delft.

Living above de Hoven meets a clear need among Delft residents. The 70 rental apartments and 13 owner-occupied apartments from the first residential tower are already 100% rented or under option before completion. As with the development of the first residential tower, potential residents of residential tower 2 are being asked what their housing needs are as part of the development project. A form of co-creation that is more common in the copper market, but unique for the rental sector.
