Woonhave N.V. and Van der Vorm Vastgoed Group have reached agreement on a transaction involving 8 residential complexes and thus a total of 832 apartments. Parties do not make any statements about the purchase price.

The residential complexes are located in Rotterdam, Maassluis, Capelle a / d IJssel, Zwijndrecht, Dordrecht and Delft and therefore fit in perfectly with Woonhave's strategy that focuses on investing in good and affordable living in growth regions with good infrastructure.
