Van der Vorm Vastgoed buys office at F.C. Dondersstraat 1 in Utrecht

Rotterdam,March 15, 2019 - Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep has purchased the office at F.C. Dondersstraat 1 in Utrecht.

This is a 1953 municipal monument and is located in the Zeehelden neighborhood against the border of White Women. The building consists of 1,411 m² of office space with 12 parking spaces on its own closed site. The office is fully leased to the municipality of Utrecht.

The acquisition is in line with Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep 's strategy to strengthen its portfolio through rotation, (re)development, internationalization and diversification.
