Cristofori building attracts new tenants

Amsterdam, October 30, 2017 - The monumental canal house Cristofori in Amsterdam's Nine Streets has been fully re-let by Van der Vorm Vastgoed. The owner acquired the building at Prinsengracht 581-583 in 2015 and has since given the office space a major upgrade.

New tenants in the building are I am Agency (approximately 420 sqm), Aminnovation (approximately 100 sqm) and retailer Verse, (approximately 145 sqm). An extension of approximately 210 m² to the existing lease was agreed with tenant FUGA, they now rent a total of approximately 615 m². With this, the building is now fully leased.

The Cristofori building on the Prinsengracht in Amsterdam has been an inspiring location for musicians, artists and culture lovers for over forty years. The building, consisting of two linked canal houses, has six floors with a total lettable area of almost 2,300 m². It is situated in a vibrant location at the foot of the Jordaan.
