A WE store of approximately 1,100 m² is located on the ground floor and part of the first floor. The Apollo hotel located above has 90 rooms.

The purchase fits in with Van der Vorm Vastgoed Groep 's strategy to strengthen its portfolio through rotation, (re)development, internationalization and diversification. Recently, a new-build store development in Etten-Leur, 3 apartment complexes in London and an apartment complex in Paris were purchased.
