Besides investing in and developing real estate, we also offer financing solutions from Van der Vorm Investment Group. We act as private financier of real estate projects in the Netherlands and Poland. With this we offer developers, investors and entrepreneurs a flexible alternative at times when traditional financing is difficult to obtain.

Van der Vorm has over 100 years of experience in the real estate sector; we know the market in detail. This knowledge enables us to quickly and carefully assess whether a project fits our strategy and whether it can be financed within the agreed conditions. We do not think in standard models, but look for solutions that fit the risk profile, the opportunities and the specific phase in which a project finds itself.

Our financings focus primarily on residential, retail and hotel. We have a strong presence in these segments. We provide loans between €5 and €15 million, with terms of 1 to 3 years. These can be bridge financing, loans in the development phase or financing processes where banks are reluctant. We are flexible in structure, switch quickly and think actively.

Our approach is personal and entrepreneurial. We act as a committed partner, looking beyond strict financial arithmetic parameters. We look for parties and projects that fit our vision in terms of profile. Of course we set conditions, but we also look for solutions that fit the risks and opportunities.
