The shopping complex of well over 3200 m² consists of seven shops and an underground car park with about 100 parking spaces, which is accessible by moving walkway. Supermarket Dirk (approx. 2000 m²), Kruidvat and the greengrocer’s Beekers already opened their doors on 8 November, Bakery van Disseldorp and Van Boxtel hearing specialists opened on 19 November 2016. Two units are still available for letting.
The Van Gogh Passage is a development by MaasJacobs and Rialto Ontwikkeling and was purchased by Van der Vorm Vastgoed Group.
Etten-Leur has a catchment area of approximately 42,000 consumers. The passage is located on the Bisschopsmolenstraat, which used to be the main shopping street of Etten-Leur and will partly reclaim its former function through this development. The municipality has completely rearranged the Bisschopsmolenstraat.
