The complex, designed by an Italian architect, is characterized inside and out by avant-garde elements. The apartments are finished to a high standard. A communal gym and sauna are located on the ground floor.

The apartments have a comfortable living and bedroom and are equipped with a luxurious bathroom. Some apartments have a balcony. In addition, a sun terrace on the roof of the complex can be used.
