In Zoetermeer, a green city, partly located in the Groene Hart, we are developing together with Pro6 Development, and Ouwehand Bouw, two residential complexes in the citycentre. The project consists of 66 turn-key apartments located in the building “Het Rond” (32 houses) and building “Westwaarts” (36 houses). The apartments vary in size from 40m2 to a maximum of 88m2. They are located on the 1ste, 2nd and 3rd floor and have bicycle storage facilities.

Transformation of the complex has already been started. The buildings are being developed into gasless apartments with an energy label A. The roofs are partly equipped with solar panels. In addition, the facade of the buildings is partially renewed and upgraded to higher insulation values.

Completion of the apartments is planned for Q1-2021. Parking place subscriptions are available in P1 and P2.
