An old orphanage with modern lofts and studios, in a beautiful part of Cracow. We have renovated 17 apartments and a commercial unit from an old orphanage into beautiful apartments and lofts. The apartments are luxuriously finished, of high quality and are within walking distance of streetcar and metro lines. Krakusa 8 is 15 minutes from the beautiful city centre.

Details

All apartments are fully equipped with modern kitchen, bathroom and inventory. The apartments are rented with a minimum rental period of 1 year. The management of this complex is carried out by our local partner Leach & Lang.

Location

The residential complex which is located at Krakusa 8 is located between the south bank of the Vistula River and Bednarskiego Park in Krakow. The 17 lofts and studios are divided between a front house and a back house. In the immediate vicinity of the complex are several supermarkets, restaurants, recreational facilities and tourist attractions.

Accessibility

Both the centre of Krakow and the city's Central Station are easily reached within 15 to 20 minutes by nearby public transportation.
