Van der Vorm Vastgoed and Q3D Group join forces in Cracow
We are proud of the new partnership with Q3D GROUP. Together with Q3D (a leading player in the Polish real estate market for over 30 years) we form a powerful joint venture. Our joint ambition? To realize 3 Wymiary Bronowice: a small-scale, contemporary residential project in the lively Bronowice district of Krakow. A place where modern living, comfort and greenery come together.
Q3D is no stranger to us. Previously, we worked together on Greendustry, a project that marked the beginning of a successful collaboration. The mutual trust that grew out of that has now led to the next step: the establishment of a joint joint venture, which we officially launched today.
What connects us is, first of all, a shared vision of sustainable area development: building living environments that are not only beautiful and functional, but also future-proof and in balance with their surroundings. In addition, we share a passion for quality and architecture. We strive for designs that inspire, surprise and add lasting value.
